Damaged Returns:
Our
Shipping Team makes every effort to prevent shipping damages. However,
if your package appears damaged, PLEASE DO NOT OPEN IT, please contact
Zalmar.com returns department at returns@Zalmar.com immediately who
will, in turn, instruct you to the proper procedure.
Shipping
Errors :
We every
effort to prevent shipping errors. However, if the item your received in
your package is different then the item you ordered, make sure not to
open the inside packaging please contact Zalmar.com at customerservice@zalmar.com
or at 1-877-275-5522 and give them your order number. They should verify
and direct you how to handle this return and replacement. We will ship
you the replacement item the same day and email you a call tag to return
the shipment.
Defective
Items:
All items
we sell comes with a valid warranty from the manufacture in the US. We
offer a replacement policy to any product up to 30 days from the invoice
date on your order. items may be repaired or exchanged at our discretion
for the same or manufacturer's equivalent model only. All returns must
be freight prepaid, the replacement will be shipped out freight free to
you in the US only.

Returns:
Shipment
of a product is as advertised in our catalog section. Upon receipt of
merchandise inspect product carefully. Should you find that the product
does not meet your expectations, or satisfaction, contact us at once at:
customerservice@zalmar.com
and tell us your concerns, so we may make every effort to satisfy your
purchase.
In the
unlikely event that we cannot amicably resolve your issues, we offer a
Returns & Exchange Policy. You can return or exchange any product up
to fourteen days from the invoice date on your order after completing
the on-line return & exchange form.
No
Returns on:

Blister-packed
items once opened.

TVs,
combos, and monitors 25" and larger.

Special
Order merchandise.

Computer
products or software once opened.

Printers
once ink cartridges are installed.

Car
Electronics once installed or wires have been cut.

All
consumables, including but not limited to record able media, film,
digital memory, tapes, batteries, paper, chemicals, ink, CD/DVDs,
etc.
All returned merchandise
must be unregistered, in complete original manufacturer's packaging,
same condition as sold, with all accessories, literature, instructions,
documentation and blank warranty cards. Otherwise we won't be able to
accept the item back for return.
To
return items follow the instructions below:
Simply
fill out the Returns & Exchange Form (link provided below) for a
return authorization number (RA#), and in it describe briefly the
reasons for your requested return. Your RA#'s are valid only for
fourteen days from date of issuance, and the RA# must be clearly
displayed on your return packing label and on the outside of the box.
Shipments
of returns must be prepaid, and we will not accept COD returns. When we
receive the item(s) back in our warehouse we will inspect the item(s)
and credit your account accordingly. Please allow up to 10 business days
for the credit to be processed.
You must
receive a RA# before you return any goods to us. Merchandise without a
RA# will be refused, and no credit will be issued.
