How do I place an order online?
When you click the
"Buy Now" button next to any product you wish to purchase, you will
automatically be brought to the Shopping Cart page. The item you've selected
will now be added to your list of purchases. Continue making your selections and
when you've finished, just click on the "Checkout" button located in
the lower right-hand corner of the Shopping Cart page. Now you'll complete your
order by providing shipping and billing information. Remember, you can always
add, change, or delete products from your Shopping Cart at anytime before the
Checkout Process. To cancel your order, simply exit the Checkout page before
pressing the "Process" button.

Our website uses a common internet device called a "cookie" to
identify each online shopper and keep items added to an order attached to the

gift shipment packing slips. Instead, the packing slip will show your

Zalmar.com will happily deliver your order to all addresses within the United States
and its Territories. Unfortunately, due to customs regulations, shipping and

reference for any calls you place to our customer service representatives.
Within the hour, you should also receive a message sent to your e-mail address
confirming the receipt of your order.

What happens if an item in my order is out of stock?
When Zalmar.com receives your order, we immediately check the stocking status of all
the items you've purchased. If anything is out of stock, we will notify you by
e-mail within 24 hours. If you wish to cancel your order for out-of-stock items,
you may do so by contacting us by phone or by sending an e-mail to customerservice@Zalmar.com.
Otherwise, these items will be back-ordered and shipped upon availability. We
will notify you via e-mail of the impending delivery and supply you with a
tracking number. We will delay billing your credit card for back-ordered
products until these items are shipped from our warehouse.

It takes 24 hours for your order to be processed by our computer system. All
standard orders are shipped within 7 days of receipt via UPS Ground from our warehouse. Depending on the shipping address, delivery time may

all orders before they leave our warehouse. In the unlikely event that your

will ship the missing items immediately. If your order includes damaged items, PLEASE

Can I return or exchange a product purchased online?
We're committed to customer satisfaction and that's why we offer a 30-day return or exchange
policy. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your
online purchase, please
follow the instructions below:

fill out the Returns & Exchange Form for a return
authorization number (RA#), and in it describe briefly the reasons for your
requested return. You must receive a RA# before you return any goods to us.
Merchandise without a RA# will be refused, and no credit will be issued and
RA#'s are valid for ten days from date of issuance, and the RA# must be clearly
displayed on your return packing label and on the outside of the box.
2. All returned/exchanged merchandise must be in original factory
condition and must include, all accessories, packing material, inserts and
manuals, warranty cards (not filled-out) the box in which it was shipped in.
Shipments of returns must be prepaid, and we will not accept COD returns
